Conditions of Use

§ 1 Generals

Tightshop.de, Stefan Engelhardt, Sophienstraße 45, 60487 Frankfurt / Main,  sells clothing goods to customers. As far as these general terms and conditions do not contain any other rule, the statutory rules shall be applicable for the contract.

§ 2 Orders

Our website shall inform about the conditions of our goods. The description and demonstration of our items shall not display an offer of sale, moreover it is a non-binding demand to order goods in our shop. The customer declares his will to conclude an act of sale by ordering. We will approve the receipt of your order immediately. This approval demonstrates the aceptance of your offer to contract.

§ 3 Right of Withdrawal

The customer is entitled to withdrawal his declaration of the conclusion of a contract within 2 weeks after receipt of the goods by returning the goods to Tightshop.de or by a written notice by mail or Email. The time allowed for revocation shall begin earliest with receipt of this declaration in textform and not before the goods were delivered to the customer. The goods or notice has to be dispatched in time to comply with this term it. In case of withdraw the goods shall be sent to:

In this case both parties shall refund the benefits they received including any associated advantages. In the case of a considerable deterioration in the quality of the goods or in the case of loss, the customer shall make good the corresponding reduction in value or loss to Tightshop.de if he withdraws his order. If the reduction in value is exlclusively dependent on an cautious examination of the goods, this right of withdrawal shall be barred. The duty for compensation will be avoided by returning unused goods. Goods shall be returned by mail. If the goods were delivered according to the ordered items the charges for the return of the goods of up to EUR 40,- shall be the responsibility of the customer. If the customer has already paid the purchase price, Tightshop.de shall be entitled to deduct the reduction in value from the amount repayable. It is the customers duty to comply with the compensation within 30 days after the notice of withdrawal. The customers right of withdrawal will be barred earlier, if within this period Tightshop.de has on the customers demand delivered a service, or the customer has used the service already (e.g. by download). The right of withdrawal shall also be barred, if goods were manufactured according to the customers specification or are explicitly cut for the personal use by the customer, if they are not suitable for returns because of the condition of the goods, if they are perishable or if the expiry date is exceeded. The same applies to contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or software if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the customer.

§ 4 Shipping and Delivery

Deliverytime is 4 weeks. Delivery occurs at customers own expense. For reasonable partial delivery Tightshop.de overtakes the delivery costs. We are "Kleinunternehmer" according to § 19 UStG. All prices are end prices but do not contain any VAT that is deductable by companies.

§ 5 Conditions of Payment, Reservation of Proprietary Rights

The delivery of goods occures only for goods payed in advance. In principle we do not have any items in stock. Any item will be produced after it was ordered and we received the payment. Proprietray Rights are reserved for Tightshop.de until we received the payment for all ordered goods.

§ 6 Advise of Copyrights

Any pictures, files, texts and videos on these pages are copyright by Tightshop.de. Dupolication, translation, or reprint is not allowed as long as we did not agree in written form. It is not allowed to reproduce any contents of these pages in parts. The reproduction by the use of electronic communication systems without the written acceptance of Tightshop.de is not allowed as well.

§ 7 Serverability

The nullity of any of the provisions herein shall affect neither the validity of the Agreement as such nor the validity of these General Terms and Conditions. An invalid or unaccomplishable provision will be replaced by the valid or accomplishable provision, that is in its effect most applicable with regard to the economic aim, which was tried to reach with the invalid or unaccomplishable provision by both contractual partners.
