| Q: How do i wash the shiny Lycra and the shiny
metallic Lycra Items. A: To maintain the quality of our products
for a long term, we recomend to handwash our items in cold water. Do not
bleech and hang dry.
Q: Can I get additional Zippers or apertures for my catsuit?
A: Yes, on the product page of each product you can easily choose the
additional options you would like for your catsuit. Q: Do you have
any items in stock? A: No. We have a range of more than 100
Products in our store. With all sizes, colors and options we would have
to have a stock of more than 5000 items, and this is impossible for us.
All items are handmade after we received the order from you. |

Sizing |
| Q: I have watched your size table, and I am between
two sizes. A: If you are between two sizes, please order the
bigger size. Especially the body height in our size table must fit to
you, otherwise the suit will be too short and not fit at all. By
entering the bodyheight and weight on the product page you will assure,
that we make the suit skintight for you.
Q: I am still not sure what size I need.
A: Please use our contact form and send u an Email with your body
height and weight or use our online Skype support and we will be happy
to help you help you immediately. |

Payment |
| Q: I do not have / not want to pay with paypal. What
other options do I have? A: You can wire the money to our Bank
account. Right after the order we send you our Bank account information
also for international customers. You can also send us cash money to our
adress which is provided in the order confirmation or a cheque (in Euro
please).
Q: Is it secure to pay with Paypal?
A: We have selected Paypal as our payment partner, because we have
never had any problems with paypal and neither had our cutomers when
processing a Paypal payment with us. Paypal grants a payment insurence -
for further information please visit the Paypal website. |

Shipping & Delivery |
| Q: How Long is the deliverytime? A: We try to
produce the items as soon as possible. Please consider, that our items
are handmade to grant the best quality. Thus the production time for
your items will be about 4 weeks. After that we send the items out to
our customers immediately. For the shipping time please ask the delivery
company such as DHL.
Q: Do you ship the items with insurance?
A: Yes, all parcels we send out have a shipping insurance of 500
Euro. Q: Is shipping discrete? A: Yes. All our items are
shipped discrete. Our company Name appears as sender. If you wish to
have my private adress as sender, please contact us via email after your
order or add it to the coment field during the orer. |
